Prior to joining Synergy, Josh held roles with Blackstone portfolio companies and Deloitte Consulting. He brings more than 15 years of real estate experience across property accounting, financial reporting, asset management, and investment analysis. His background allows him to connect property-level financial details with the broader decisions that shape asset performance, capital strategy, and investor returns.
